No. DailyChildcareReport is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the period, but you won’t be billed again.
If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future, you will never be charged again, but you will be responsible for charges incurred prior to your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 14-day trial, and we don’t prorate for partial months.
There are no further discounts for part-time situations. However, you can sign up multiple facilities in DailyChildcareReport. For instance, you can sign up one facility for your groups with full-time children with the Pro or Basic plan and another facility for the part-time children with the Lite plan.
The times in the plans are the maximum time your reports are stored in DailyChildcareReport (only for paying customers).
Photos, Videos, and PDF documents can be uploaded and shared with parents. The numbers in the plans represent the maximum amount that you can upload every month (unused quantities don't carry over to the next month).
As an alternative to receiving their reports by email, parents can receive them as text message (SMS) on their cell phones. This is limited to US, Canada, Denmark, India, Israel, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, and Pakistan.
